The morning was crisp and the rising sun cast a hazy glow over the sleepy city. The aroma of coffee filled the air; movements and voices were hushed, prolonging the calm of the new day.

My time with the Prudence family now goes back three years, to a time preceding the birth of our babies. It has been a joy to not only have had the pleasure of calling this beautiful woman a dear friend, confidante, and ally in the journey of motherhood, but also to have been a part of the growth of the family; documenting their first son when he was just an infant, to the announcement, birth and growth of their second son.

I've watched them flourish into such a solid family unit, who's outlook on life and support of each other is nothing short of inspiring. Plus, they make a mean blueberry pancake breakfast.
